Rates self pay for comprehensive psychiatric evaluation: $450
Follow up: $350
If you wish, we can provide you with a Superbill at the end of your appointment for the insurance companies we are not contracted with, you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount you pay will initially go towards your deductible. After your deductible is met, you will be reimbursed for at least a majority of your appointment cost. Payments are due at the time of each visit.
